If you are a Current Resident or Property Owner first time user, please login with the login provided or call (314) 771-4222 to setup your access.  

To apply for one of our Rental Properties you must complete the following steps:

1. Fill out and submit the online application form or download and fax a hard copy using the tabs above.
2. Make payment arrangements for the Application Fee through the online form, or by emailing payment to steve.prane@reconnectrealty.com.  If using Pay Pal, add 5% for the processing.
3. Application Fees are $300.00.  A portion of the $300.00 application fee will be refundable in the event the applicant is not approved for the rental unit. In the event the applicant is not approved, the refunded portion will be $300.00 minus $35.00 per applicant. In the event the applicant is approved, the $300.00 application fee minus $35.00 per adult application will be credited towards the applicants deposit for the rental unit. In all other instances, the application fee is non-refundable.
4. Every adult must provide a hard copy of their Drivers License or State ID, and a document with your Name and Social Security # on it (Social Security Card, W-2, Paystub, etc)
5. If you have filled out the quick form online, we will need a printed and signed Authorization to pull Consumer Information Faxed, Emailed or brought to the Office.
