If you are a Current Resident or Property Owner first time user, please login with the login provided or call (314) 771-4222 to setup your access.  

To apply for one of our Rental Properties you must complete the following steps:

1. Fill out and submit the online application form or download and fax a hard copy using the tabs above.
2. Make payment arrangements for the Application Fee through the online form, or by using the Checkout with the Paypal button below, emailing payment to steve.prane@reconnectrealty.com or dropping off Payment at our Office.  Application Fees are $35.00 for one adult, $15.00 for each additional adult, Add $2.50 for online processing
3. Every adult must provide a hard copy of their Drivers License or State ID, and a document with your Name and Social Security # on it (Social Security Card, W-2, Paystub, etc)
4. If you have filled out the quick form online, we will need a printed and signed Authorization to pull Consumer Information Faxed, Emailed or brought to the Office.
5. Please Fax, Email or Drop Off all copies of Information Requested above to:
